Lodge Manufacturing of South Pittsburg, TN is looking to hire full-time Production Associates to help us get our cookware ready to ship.
Are you an efficient organizer with a can-do attitude? Would you like to learn more about the manufacturing trade? Starting pay for these positions are for Finisher$16.
50/hour and Packer $15.
00/hour with an extra $1 an hour if you're working the 2nd shift.

As a family-owned company, we take care of our employees and strive to create a fun and friendly work culture!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION ASSOCIATEThe Production Associate constantly ensures that the castings are fed through their finishing process properly or ensure that finished goods are inspected, properly labeled, packaged, and ready to ship.
We take pride in our efforts to create high-quality products that contribute to the overall success of our business!QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED preferredBasic hand tool knowledgeAble to meet physical requirements and conditions of the job such as standing, lifting, working with safety goggles, etc.

years related experience and/or training preferredWorking knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs preferredForklift license a plus! Are you dependable? Do you have a great attitude? Do you have good communication skills? Are you detail-oriented? Are you self-motivated? Are you a good listener and capable of following safety procedures? Do you take pride in your work?
